Google in final negotiations to acquire Digg?

The on and off negotiations between Google and Digg have been back on in a big way for the last sex weeks. According to some sources, it looks like the two companies have reportedly signed a litter of intent and are close to a deal that will bring Digg under Google News’ property. The price is in the $200 million range, declares one source.

The two companies are in final negotiations, althought it could take a couple of weeks before it closes. Most of Digg’s revenue comes from a three year ad deal with Microsoft, which will be terminated on a sale to Google.

Meanwhile, users continue to digg for fresh articles.

I’ve found an interesting site that provides reviews for the most important weight loss products. Sometimes you do not know which weight loss products are good enough to help you, do you?. There are many factors that you need to consider before you choose any diet supplement. For example, if you are a big woman (not skinny and small), then the most effective weight loss product for you would be different than my diet supplement. So there are lots of factors, don’t believe in only one or two theories. Some diet pills are even worse, they contain dangerous side effects such as constipation and high blood pressure. Some Firefox 3 add-ons

After the recent release of Firefox 3, there are a lot of voices who are saying that there aren’t too many add-ons for this version. Well, i’ve found a lot of them, but i made a small list with one of the most important add-ons.

1. Firebug - Allows you complete control over site’s CSS, HTML and JavaScript. Some additional plugins for Firebug is YSlow (for measuring site performance) and Rainbow (JavaScript code highlighting).

2. SearchStatus - Allows easy access to valuable site information like Google Page Rank and Alexa Rank

3. Foxmarks - Service that allows Bookmark synchronization. Meaning where ever I go, I can have my firefox bookmarks with me. I use this plugin for almost 1 year and i never had problems with my bookmarks. Slow and easy to use.

4. Google Global - Allows me to search Google as if I were in different countries.

5. Google Notebook - You can put down some thaughts, notes and excerpts while browsing.

6. IE Tab - Gives you the possibility to view the site in Internet Explorer.

7. Screen grab! - Saves a web page or a portion of it as an image.

8. Weave - It’s almost the same as Foxmarks (3) . It can save bookmarks, history, passwords, cookies and filled form data - practically everything you might need.

9. SEO for Firefox - gets SEO related information for sites (like nofollow tags and search result links).

IZEA is quickly approaching their two-year birthday as a company and it’s a perfect moment to celebrate.
